Come Back to Church! |
Come back to church! Or, if you've never been to church, Come!
Please consider this as our personal invitation to you to come. You'll find that our church is a friendly, welcoming place, with people who struggle like everyone else but who are finding hope and faith in this troubled world.
Our Sunday morning times begin with coffee at 9:30, and Bible Study for all ages at 10:00. Then we meet for Worship service in our Sanctuary at 11:00. There's free parking beside the church (8455 Old State Road).
We'd love to see you this Sunday! |

Living the Christian Life |
When a person becomes a Christian, every area of his or her life is affected! There are three main areas that are the focus of how we live this new life in Christ.
The first area is our beliefs. We are Christians because of our beliefs. We believe that God loves us, that He is the Creator and Sustainer of life, that He is a holy and just God. We believe that we are sinners, and cannot enjoy a proper relationship with God on our own. We believe that Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became flesh, lived a holy life, and died on the cross for our salvation. We believe that He rose bodily from the grave and ascended into heaven -- and He's coming back!

Who is a Christian |
A Christian is a person who...
Admits that he or she is a sinner - that is, that he or she does not measure up to God's standard (Romans 3:23).
Believes that Jesus Christ is the only one who can forgive sins, because He - as the only perfect person and the Son of God - bore our guilt and punishment on the cross. The Christian accepts that forgiveness for his or her own life.
